Spring Osteopathy

In 2010 I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, which included an undergraduate course in Cranial Osteopathy. Since qualifying I have worked in Warwickshire, London, and West Sussex, where I was mentored by a 3rd generation osteopath. The training given to me at the practice in West Sussex was an incredibly steep learning curve and has made me much more efficient in the way I can diagnose & treat. It has also taught me many more safe and effective techniques to treatment pregnant women and babies.

I became pregnant with my daughter in 2015 and was given an inside pass to the world of pregnancy, rather than seeing it from an outsiders view, I now have a whole new perspective and understanding when treating women with issues relating to pregnancy. Adaptions in posture during the different trimesters can play havoc on the back, pelvis, feet, wrists, shoulders, knees… I could go on but you get the idea.

When treating babies I use a combination of cranial and gentle manual techniques to re-establish a balance between structure and function. I offer a free mum & baby check up when the mother has come to see me during pregnancy.
